Everyday Bill Adama Cubee autographed

I had the chance to meet actor and activist Edward James Olmos at the Dallas Comic Con 2010 and he was awesomely kind enough to sign one of the Bill Adama cubees I designed.

Mr. Olmos was very warm and approachable, and an all-around gentleman. It was my pleasure and honor to meet him and to hear him speak. His passion for social change and equality is admirable, inspirational, and contagious. He makes me want to be a better citizen of this world.

    I had the chance to meet EJO last year at Wizard World Philly. He was more than happy to chat with fans and even spoke with me for a while while I was wearing my Firefly T-Shirt (meant to wear my BSG one that day).

The candidate of choice for discerning BSG fans and voters! Actually, I've been musing lately about what would happen if people were to write-in Laura Roslin as their presidential candidate. Can't you just imagine the press coverage if a fictional character garnered a significant portion of the vote from real candidates?
