I really don’t think there’s a need to say anything more, do you?
Okay, I’ll say it: May the force be with you, always.

Search About Me Yes, I'll admit it. I love Battlestar Galactica, Dune, Star Trek, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Macs, iPods, NASA, Wii, Xbox ... and about a dozen other things that qualify me for geek status. Oh, and then there's my love for all things Longhorn and the NFL...Dawn Austin, Texas The GalactiCubees
I've created a series of BSG-themed Cubees -- a paper art form that requires no glue or tape to assemble. You can check out my GalactiCubees (and other BSG-related fanart) at my deviantART page. Battlestar Links Official Battlestar Galactica Site

Actually, I've been musing lately about what would happen if people were to write-in Laura Roslin as their presidential candidate. Can't you just imagine the press coverage if a fictional character garnered a significant portion of the vote from real candidates? BSG Quotes Roslin: [to Tory Foster] I don't really care if you have to spend the night on your knees praying, or just on your knees. I want a name. I want to know who's responsible for these lies. Recommended Reads Kushiel's Legacy Not for everyone, but it holds a place at the top of my "will-read-again" list -- especially the first three books. Learn more about the Kushiel series Dune Chronicles There has also been a series of Dune prequels written by Herbert's son, Brian, and Kevin J. Anderson, and while decent enough books, they don't hold a candle to the originals. Frank Herbert's voice is too distinct and is sorely missed in those books and the final (Dune 7) of the original book series, which was written from Frank's notes and published in two volumes - Hunters of Dune & Sandworms of Dune.
